About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong C Programming Trainer who can train students in C programming from basic to advanced concepts. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training with a strong focus on programming logic, problem-solving and hands-on coding.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on C Programming.
- Explain programming concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Develop and deliver hands-on coding exercises, assignments and projects.
- Train students on writing efficient, structured and optimized C programs.
- Conduct coding tests, assessments and mock interviews.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
- Monitor student performance and maintain training/attendance records.
- Guide students in mini-projects and programming assignments.
- Support placement preparation through technical assessments and interview preparation.
- Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- BE/BTech/MTech/MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong command of C programming and programming fundamentals.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
- Should be comfortable conducting practical coding sessions.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates with Embedded C / Embedded Systems training experience will be preferred.

Experience

0–4 years of experience in C programming, software development, embedded systems or technical training.

Freshers with excellent C programming skills and strong communication abilities may also be considered.

Performance Expectations

- Maintain good student engagement and training quality.
- Ensure students complete practical assignments and coding exercises.
- Achieve strong student performance in technical assessments.
- Contribute to improving course content, projects and placement readiness.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.

Location: Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
