Desktop Support Engineer – L1

Experience: 1 Year
Location: Ahmedabad,Sanand

- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software, systems, and applications.
- Handle user queries and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and support documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
