Hiring: HR Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with senior HR team members on daily HR activities.
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- MBA in HR or equivalent HR specialization.
- 3–6 months of HR experience or internship exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn.

Stipend: Based on interview performance, role understanding, and relevant skills.
