Job Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and business opportunities in Madhya Pradesh and nearby regions.
- Promote company products and generate sales enquiries.
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to build strong business relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with customers for order closures.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Submit regular tour reports, customer visit reports, and sales updates to management.

Eligibility & Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Engineering or a graduate with relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.




- Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh and nearby regions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Salary, Perks & Company Policy

- T.A./D.A. (TA/DA): Paid as per the company's applicable per-day travel and daily allowance policy.
- Annual Bonus: Payable as per company policy.
- Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives on sales, with no upper cap.
- Company Phone & PC: A company phone and PC/laptop will be provided for official company work.
- Employment Bond: A two-year service commitment bond must be signed after successful completion of the probation period, subject to applicable law and company policy.
- Tour Requirement: Minimum 14 days of official travel per month is mandatory.
