JOB DETAILS:

To manage the hotel's procurement operations by ensuring the timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices, controlling purchasing costs, maintaining effective vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with the hotel's procurement policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the procurement of food and beverages, housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, engineering materials, operating equipment, stationery, and other hotel requirements.

- Review purchase indents received from various departments and verify their necessity, specifications, quantities, and budget availability.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from approved suppliers and prepare comparative statements.

- Negotiate prices, credit terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules with vendors.

- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.





- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or operational standards.

- Ensure compliance with the hotel's purchasing procedures and authorisation matrix.

- Identify, evaluate, approve, and maintain reliable suppliers in accordance with hotel policy.

- Maintain updated vendor databases, price lists, and commercial agreements.

- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews based on price, quality, delivery, and service.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
