This is a hands-on, onsite role for a developer who is deeply comfortable with AI coding platforms like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Antigravity, and Emergent.sh. You will take on existing projects and enhance them, as well as build new products from the ground up, using AI-first workflows throughout.

What You Will DoAI-Assisted Development

- Use Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Emergent.sh, and similar platforms as your core development workflow
- Pick up existing codebases, understand them through AI-assisted exploration, and add new features confidently
- Translate product requirements into working, production-quality code using AI tools
- Review and validate AI-generated output critically before it ships

New Product Development

- Build new products from scratch using AI-first workflows
- Set up project architecture, scaffolding, and deployment with AI assistance
- Work across web and mobile surfaces depending on project needs

Ongoing Collaboration

- Work closely with the team on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines
- Communicate clearly about blockers, progress, and decisions
- Document prompts, workflows, and code decisions so the team can build on your work

What We Are Looking ForAI Coding Tools — The Core Requirement

- Daily, hands-on experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Antigravity, Emergent.sh, or similar platforms
- Comfortable across no-code and vibe-code environments: Cursor, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable, v0, Replit AI, or equivalent
- Knows how to break a feature request into effective prompts, validate the output, and iterate
- Experience reading and modifying AI-generated codebases, not just generating from scratch

Development Fundamentals

- Solid grasp of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with React or React Native is a plus




- Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party service integrations
- Git and GitHub: branching, commits, and pull requests

Soft Skills

- Self-directed and proactive: you can pick up a task and figure it out
- Strong problem-solving instincts: you know when to change your approach
- Clear communicator in English, written and verbal
- Genuinely excited about AI tools and actively follows what is new

Nice to Have

- Experience building AI agents or multi-step automation workflows
- Familiarity with LLM APIs: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini
- Firebase experience: Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions
- Knowledge of Node.js or Express for backend services
- Understanding of CI/CD and deployment pipelines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
