Job Description : HR Intern

Location : Arera Colony, E-3/14, Bhopal

Job Type : Internship (In-Office)

Duration : 4–6 Months

Stipend : Upto ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

Working Hours : 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role-

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is ideal for freshers and students looking to start their career in Human Resources. Manage inbound leads of different domains in crm. Engage in social media activities.

Key Responsibilities-

· Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

· Conduct initial HR screening calls.

· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Assist in on boarding and documentation of new employees.

· Support attendance and leave management processes.

· Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

· Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.





· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements-

· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

· Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills-

· Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

· Familiarity with Linkedin and job portals is a plus.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
