Job Overview

Solar Fusion is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Field Sales Officer in Bhopal. This is an excellent prospect for freshers and experienced candidates interested in building a career in solar energy sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, promoting solar panel solutions, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to meet potential residential and commercial customers.
- Promote solar panels and solar energy solutions.
- Generate new sales leads through field visits and customer references.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, installations,



and customer support.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting customers in person.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of solar panels and solar energy is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn about solar products and sales processes.
