Tieten Medicity Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our growing healthcare team.

HR Executive / HR Officer

Location

Tieten Medicity Hospital, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years of HR Experience
Healthcare / Hospital HR experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and references
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave and basic payroll coordination
- Support employee onboarding and induction
- Coordinate with different hospital departments for manpower requirements




- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and compliance

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment and coordination skills
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
- Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Valuable problem-solving and team-management skills

Preferred

Candidates with prior hospital/healthcare HR experience will be given preference.
