Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Flipkart Wholesale (Best Price)

Location: Zirakpur, Jammu, Ludhiana, Amritsar, jalandhar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the Role

Flipkart Wholesale (Best Price) is seeking dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand its retailer network, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with kirana stores, traders, wholesalers, and business customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard new retailers and business customers for Flipkart Wholesale (Best Price).
- Conduct daily market visits to generate orders and increase customer engagement.
- Promote Flipkart Wholesale products, offers, membership advantages, and digital ordering platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Achieve assigned sales, activation, and revenue targets.
- Educate customers about ongoing schemes, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit records, and order tracking.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail,



Telecom, E-commerce, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
