About FOXO:

FOXO is building a personalized health platform that brings together health data, diagnostics, AI, clinical expertise, and human guidance to help people better understand and improve their health.

We are looking for a Web Developer to own and improve FOXO's web presence and digital experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who is very robust in JavaScript and React.js, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys building fast, polished, high-quality web experiences.

What You'll Do:

- Build and optimise responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate designs and Figma files into polished, production-ready web experiences.
- Develop reusable frontend components and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Improve website performance, responsiveness, SEO, accessibility, and overall UX.
- Work with REST APIs and third-party services to build seamless web integrations.
- Integrate and manage workflows across websites, CRMs, analytics platforms, and other business tools.
- Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, templates, and plugins.
- Work with backend systems and APIs to support web and business workflows.
- Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and build useful internal or customer-facing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve existing web experiences.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality web experiences.

What We're Looking For:





- 2–4 years of experience in web development or frontend engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.js.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend fundamentals.
- Strong ability to build and optimise webpages from design to production.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Working experience with WordPress.
- Decent backend understanding and ability to work with APIs, CRM flows, and integrations.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of modern AI tools and their practical application in development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

- Strong design sense and attention to visual detail.
- Very strong JavaScript and frontend fundamentals.
- Experience building high-quality marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Experience integrating websites with CRMs, analytics, payment platforms, or other third-party systems.
- Experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools and LLM APIs.
- Ability to work across frontend, APIs, integrations, and basic backend when required.
- A strong portfolio or examples of websites/products you have built and shipped.
