About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to generate recent clients, promote digital marketing services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads and website development.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and close deals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month+ Incentives based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
