Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined TATs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and respective departments.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Negotiate salary and communicate offer details to selected candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure candidates join as committed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview feedback, and candidate databases.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT and recruitment targets.




- Build a strong talent pool for frequently required positions.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Key Skills

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment MIS will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in recruiting for manufacturing, furniture, interior, sales, production, engineering, and corporate roles will be preferred.

Experience handling both Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Number of positions closed per month.
- Time to Hire / TAT.
- Number of qualified candidates sourced.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Joining and retention follow-up.
- Recruitment cost and sourcing-channel effectiveness.
- Candidate database and pipeline quality.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Candidates with strong recruitment experience and a proven track record of closing positions are encouraged to apply.
