Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Market Sales Representative to develop market presence, generate sales, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting regular market visits, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned markets, retailers, distributors, and dealers regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire recent customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote company products and communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Take orders, follow up on pending orders, and coordinate timely product deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales management team.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection as per company policy.
- Maintain daily market visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and sales-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and selling skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, mobile sales applications, and reporting tools is desirable.
