Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and all financial records in Tally.
- Handle Amazon and other online platform-related accounting work.
- Create and maintain company sales bills, purchase bills, and international invoices.
- Perform daily Tally entries and voucher making, including payment, receipt, sales, purchase, and journal vouchers.
- Match cash transactions and maintain cash records.
- Prepare and maintain sales bills and invoices accurately.
- Maintain debtor and creditor lists and update outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper files and records of bills, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Verify bills and entries to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.
- Organize and maintain all company-related accounting files and documents.




- Assist with daily accounting operations and other accounts-related work as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of accounting entries, voucher making, billing, and cash matching.
- Ability to maintain debtor and creditor records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accounting records accurately and systematically.

Employment Terms

- The selected candidate will be required to sign a one-year employment agreement.
- The candidate is expected to handle assigned accounting responsibilities sincerely and maintain the confidentiality of company records.
- Salary and other employment terms will be discussed at the time of selection.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
