Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates: 1–12 years of contact centre experience

- HSC Candidates: 18 months–10 years of contact centre experience

- Excellent English communication skills (C1 Voice Select)

- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable working rotational and night shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

- Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience.

- Meet key performance metrics and implement feedback effectively.
