Job Overview

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and hands-on AI & Machine Learning Engineer / AI Trainer who can develop practical AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications and deliver AI training sessions for students, professionals, and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI automation, along with the ability to explain complex concepts through practical demonstrations, live projects, and hands-on workshops.

You will work on AI-powered business solutions, ERP integrations, automation projects, and AI education initiatives through Primacy Academy.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning Development

- Understand business requirements and develop practical AI/ML solutions.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop solutions for forecasting, prediction, classification, recommendation systems, NLP, and business process automation.
- Build and deploy AI models using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Develop REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI and integrate AI models with Odoo ERP and other business applications.
- Explore Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployed solutions.

AI Training & Mentoring

- Design and deliver practical AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python training programs.
- Conduct classroom sessions, online sessions, workshops, webinars,



and corporate training.
- Teach topics such as Python programming, Machine Learning fundamentals, Deep Learning, NLP, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, AI tools, and AI automation.
- Create training materials, presentations, assignments, practical exercises, and project-based learning modules.
- Guide students and trainees in developing real-world AI projects and building portfolios.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business teams, and academic teams.
- Translate business problems into practical AI solutions and training use cases.
- Support AI-driven ERP implementation projects and industry-focused learning initiatives.
- Promote responsible AI practices, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development, AI engineering, or applied data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Practical knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience deploying models using REST APIs, Flask, or FastAPI.




- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI automation tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to learners and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop practical projects and deliver hands-on training sessions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience as an AI Trainer, Technical Trainer, Mentor, or Corporate Trainer.
- Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Exposure to Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP, ERP integrations, business analytics, or enterprise automation.
- Experience creating AI courses, curriculum, workshops, or project-based learning programs.
