Job Description:

Hiring Sales Manager – Night Shift with strong team-handling and sales experience. Salary up to ₹50K + attractive incentives. Location: Mohali.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle and monitor sales performance and team productivity.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and conversions.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Handle client/customer interactions and resolve sales-related issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/team management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
