Key Responsibilities

- Monitor all CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of the factory premises.
- Monitor production areas, warehouses, gates, parking areas, offices, and other critical locations.
- Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, theft, damage, or unusual behavior.
- Immediately report security incidents to the Security Supervisor or Management.
- Maintain CCTV monitoring records, incident reports, and observation logs.
- Check CCTV cameras regularly and report any technical problems or camera failures.
- Monitor entry and exit points of employees, visitors, vehicles, contractors, and material movements.
- Review recorded CCTV footage whenever required for investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV recordings and security-related information.
- Coordinate with security guards and other departments during emergencies or incidents.
- Ensure that significant CCTV footage is properly saved and backed up when required.




- Follow company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain proper handover/takeover records between shifts.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th/12th pass; relevant security or CCTV experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably in a factory or textile/manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, cameras, and video playback.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Must be alert, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
