Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team in Panchkula. In this role, you will work primarily with children (0-13 years) to address sensory processing, motor coordination, and daily living skills. You will collaborate with a team of Developmental Pediatricians, Speech Therapists, and ABA Therapists to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children’s fine motor, gross motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing skills.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s specific needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide 1:1 therapy focusing on sensory integration, activities of daily living (ADL), and neuro-developmental techniques.
- Parent Guidance:



Educate and counsel parents on home programs and strategies to support their child's progress outside the clinic.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to the child’s overall development.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date reports, progress notes, and assessment results.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in a pediatric setting or sensory integration is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and their families.
- Registration: Valid registration with the All India Occupational Therapists’ Association (AIOTA) or relevant state council is preferred.
