Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and expand market presence across assigned territories.

Candidates from FMCG, FMCD, adhesives and tapes industries with field-sales and channel-sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to dealers, distributors and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and improve sales performance within the territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain territory-wise sales data.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales or distributor management.
- Experience in FMCG, FMCD, adhesives, tapes or related product industries.




- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working on third-party payroll or through staffing agencies who are looking for a direct company on-roll opportunity.
- Candidates with experience handling dealers, distributors and retail channels.
- Candidates looking for long-term career growth in a permanent role.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹4–5 LPA, based on experience and interview.
