- Receive customer enquiries and RFQs, and prepare quotations, price offers, and proposals in coordination with the sales team
- Process customer purchase orders, verify specifications, prices, and terms, and create sales orders in the ERP
- Coordinate with production planning, stores, and quality to confirm delivery schedules and update customers on order status
- Follow up with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely delivery, and share invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns, and coordinate resolution with quality and production teams
- minimum 5 years experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
