Drive student enrollment targets and manage the complete admission funnel from lead generation to conversion.
Set performance goals, conduct coaching sessions, and foster a target-oriented, cooperative work environment
Oversee day-to-day branch functioning, scheduling, and facility safety/security
Manage branch operational expenses, financial reporting, and profitability targets
Resolve student or parent escalations, grievances, and queries promptly to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
