Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell Medanova's medical products to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, generating orders, and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Surgical Gloves, Examination Gloves, and other medical devices to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Visit doctors, surgeons, OT staff, purchase departments, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and distributors regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and medical stores.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, specifications, benefits, and applications.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate regular sales orders and achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, payments, and repeat purchases.
- Identify recent business opportunities and potential institutional customers in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, hospitals, doctors, and distributors.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper records of market visits and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the company's sales, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, hospital visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management.
- Ensure professional representation of the Medanova brand in the market.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
