Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to generate customer bills using restaurant billing software (POS system). The candidate will handle billing transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper billing records to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer bills using restaurant billing software (POS system).
- Enter food and beverage orders into the billing system accurately.
- Process payments through cash, UPI methods.
- Verify bills before finalizing payments.
- Handle bill cancellations, discounts, and corrections with proper authorization.
- Maintain daily billing records and cash transaction reports.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff regarding orders and billing.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and provide a smooth checkout experience for customers.
- Report any billing software issues or payment discrepancies to the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
- Positive numerical and calculation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in restaurant billing is preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Working Hours

As per the restaurant's shift schedule.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
