Field Service Technician – Tea & Coffee Vending Machines
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician to install, service, troubleshoot and maintain Tea & Coffee Vending Machines at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend machine breakdowns, servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, electronic and mechanical issues.
- Replace faulty parts and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain machines as per company hygiene standards.
- Test the machine after servicing and obtain customer sign-off.
- Travel to customer locations and respond to service requirements.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in electrical, electronic, appliance or machine servicing.
- Basic troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling to customer locations.
- Vending machine experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Reliability, sincerity, customer-service attitude and willingness to learn are key.
