Roles and Responsibilities

- Connect with students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and course requirements.
- Provide accurate information about UG and PG programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records and update calling details in the system.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and address their queries professionally.
- Work towards achieving admission-related goals and improving student conversions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
