Position Summary

Vihara by CMK is seeking an experienced and service-driven F&B; Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence across restaurant and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will combine robust leadership, financial acumen, and hospitality expertise to maintain high standards of quality, service, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, purchasing, and cost control measures.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, revenue targets, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams for seamless guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop promotional activities, seasonal menus, and service initiatives to enhance revenue.
- Conduct regular staff scheduling, performance reviews, and operational briefings.
- Monitor KPIs including food cost, beverage cost,



wastage, labor cost, and guest satisfaction scores.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or premium dining establishments.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.
