Role Summary:

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units

Talent Acquisition:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting operations including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for multiple business units and locations.
- Manpower Planning & Sourcing: Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs, forecast talent requirements, and utilize diverse channels (job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Offer Rollout & Negotiation: Manage competitive offer rollouts, compensation negotiations, and pre-employment background verification checks.

Payroll and Statutory

- Manage & preparation of the group company Payroll and ensure compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

HR Operations and Administration:

- Oversees the day-to-day activities and monitor the admin work




- Facilitate onboarding programs and initiatives to ensure that the current hires feel welcome and supported.
- Manage the employee life cycle for all the employees in the organization.
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- Management of HRMS : Employee addition, Document uploads, Leave management, Pay slip generation & Exit management
- Timely addition/deletion and renewal of employees in HRMS
- Offer Letter, Exp Letter Management

Educational Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an HR generalist supporting employee groups of 200+ employees in multiple locations within the region or global environment required.

Job Location: HiLite Business Park, Calicut

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
