Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic plans, and assessments.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, discipline, and attendance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Handle parent communication, grievances, and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Board requirements and school policies.
- Oversee examinations, co-curricular activities, and student development.
- Work closely with Management for school growth, admissions, and operational improvement.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. preferred/required.
- 8–10 years of experience in school education.




- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role such as Vice Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, Academic Head, or Principal.
- Experience in ICSE/CBSE/English-medium schools preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
