About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Video Editor who can transform ideas, architectural concepts, property visuals, and brand stories into engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, typography animation, and visual storytelling to create compelling content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions.
- Create engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop promotional videos, property walkthroughs, architectural films, project teasers, and corporate brand videos.
- Convert raw footage, 3D renders, architectural visualizations, and images into polished video content.
- Create short-form videos and reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design and animate titles, logos, lower thirds, infographics, and other branded visual elements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual quality, pacing, sound design, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and creative teams to understand briefs and deliver content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, resolutions, and audience requirements.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, video editing, AI-assisted creative tools, and digital content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, composition, colour grading, and sound design.
- Experience creating high-quality promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and branded content.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling stories.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and animation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, luxury lifestyle, or premium brand marketing.
- Knowledge of 3D animation workflows and architectural visualization.
- Familiarity with AI video-generation and editing tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and performance-driven creative content.
