we are searching an experienced GOVT Tender filling Manager who has minimum 4-5 years’ experience in finding, filling, submitting GOVERNMENT BUILDING CIVIL WORKS TENDERS.

Main skill- Must have Experience in Tender finding on GOVT portals, document preparation, tender filling, submission, management.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor central and state government e-procurement portals (e.g., CPWD, GeM, CPPP, state portals) for relevant building construction and civil works tenders.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and competitive rate analyses for structural and finishing building works.
- Compile pre-qualification (PQ) documents, technical proposals, financial bids, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) formalities, and compliance certificates.
- Ensure flawless online/offline submission before deadlines,



track tender statuses, attend pre-bid meetings, and handle post-bid clarifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, estimation, procurement, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs and finalize pricing strategies.

Required experience: 4-5 years

Prior experience needed in central Govt. Dept. portals like CPWD, e-Procure, GEMS, NBCC, NPCC, RAILWAYS, TENDERSODISHA, TENDERS WESTBENGAL etc. (special focus on Odisha state)

- Salary: 15,000- 50,000/ month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
