ACCOUNTANT

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Engineering / HVAC

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.

- Prepare final accounts and coordinate with the Auditor for timely completion of the audit.

- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

- Handle GST compliance and return filing.

- Manage TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.

- Handle PF and ESI compliance and return filing.

- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on time.

- Review accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

- Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS as required.

- Maintain proper accounting records and entries in Farvision software.





- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and statutory requirements.

- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience with Farvision software will be preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Education

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
