Telecaller Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, preferably real estate

Role Summary

Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate and qualify real estate leads and book site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads from digital campaigns, portals, and databases to understand their requirements
- Pitch residential and commercial projects clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads by budget, location, timeline, and purchase intent
- Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance
- Maintain accurate lead records and call status in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
- Meet daily call targets and site-visit conversion goals

Requirements

- 1-2 years of telecalling or tele-sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus
- Pleasant voice, persuasion skills, and a handle-objections mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
