Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products or services, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive Hindi and/or English communication; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Good listening, persuasion,



and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is an advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Lead conversion and sales achievement.
- Customer satisfaction and follow-up quality.
- Accuracy of customer records.

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: ₹ 15,000 – ₹ 20,000 per month
Location: Baner, Pune
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days: 6 Days
Employment Type: Full-Time
