About Aroma

Aroma is a digital product catalogue platform that helps businesses showcase their products through a simple, mobile-friendly catalogue. Customers can scan a QR code or open a link to browse products, view details, prices and availability without downloading an app.

We work with restaurants, furniture stores, boutiques, salons, manufacturers, showrooms and other businesses.

Role

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives who can visit businesses, explain Aroma, demonstrate the product and convert interested businesses into customers.

This is primarily a field sales role, so you should be comfortable travelling within your assigned area and speaking directly with business owners and managers.

Responsibilities

- Visit potential businesses in your assigned area.
- Introduce and explain Aroma to business owners and decision-makers.
- Give product demonstrations using mobile/tablet.
- Understand the customer's business and requirements.
- Explain suitable Aroma plans and pricing.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert interested leads into paying customers.
- Collect required business/product information from new clients.
- Maintain daily records of visits,



leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with the MetaHUD team for client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.

Who We Are Looking For

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable approaching new businesses and speaking with owners.
- Confident in face-to-face sales.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, websites and digital products.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to travel locally for field visits.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, telecom, fintech, SaaS, POS, advertising or digital services will be an advantage.
