ThreeBond is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Associates on direct company payroll. This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates looking for stable, long-term employment with competitive statutory benefits and a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and line operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor raw material inputs and ensure smooth running of processing machinery.

Inspect finished products for quality standards, defects, and accurate packaging.

Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental protocols on the shop floor.

Maintain clean workstations and report machine irregularities or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- ​Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- ​Education: ITI, Diploma, 12th Standard, or equivalent vocational training.




- ​Willingness to work in standard rotating factory shifts.
- ​Basic understanding of shop-floor safety, discipline, and teamwork.
- ​Ability to commute to our facility in the Vengadu / Pillaipakkam industrial zone.
