We are looking to hire *Admission Counsellors / Education Counsellors* for our Mohali office.

*Position:* Admission Counsellor

*Location:* Mohali, Punjab

*Job Type:* Full-Time, On-Site

*Experience:* 6 Months – 3+ Years in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

Performance-based incentives are additional. Final salary will depend on relevant experience, practical skills, interview performance, and verified achievements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Counsel students regarding IT courses, industrial training, and internship programs.

- Handle enquiries, calls, WhatsApp leads, and regular follow-ups.

- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.

- Achieve assigned admission targets and maintain lead records.

- Support admission campaigns and college outreach activities when required.

*Candidate Profile:*





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong follow-up, counselling, and objection-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.

- Previous education sales/admission counselling experience preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles.

*Selection:* Resume screening, interview, practical counselling test, and relevant experience verification.
