Position: Fire Guard / Fire & Safety Guard
Location: Residential Apartment

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor the apartment premises for fire and safety hazards.
- Regularly check fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarm systems and other fire-safety equipment.
- Conduct routine fire-safety rounds throughout the apartment.
- Ensure emergency exits, staircases and fire-access areas are kept explicit.
- Respond immediately to fire alarms and emergency situations.
- Assist residents and security staff during fire or other emergencies.
- Report any fire hazards, equipment issues or unsafe conditions to the management.
- Maintain basic fire-safety inspection and incident records.
- Support emergency evacuation and follow the apartment's fire-safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the security and maintenance teams when required.




- Follow all safety rules and instructions given by the apartment management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Fire Guard / Fire & Safety personnel is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fire-fighting equipment and emergency procedures.
- Physically fit and alert during duty hours.
- Responsible, disciplined and able to respond quickly during emergencies.
- Ability to work in shifts, including day/night shifts.
- Fire & Safety training/certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Virugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
