​Job Overview

​We are seeking a motivated and proactive Architect with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our Navi Mumbai office. You will play a key role in handling projects from conceptual layout design to working drawings and site supervision. The ideal candidate must have a solid grasp of local building bylaws, municipal approval drawings (NMMC/CIDCO), and technical execution details.

​Key Responsibilities

​Design & Drafting:

​Prepare detailed working drawings, architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, and interior/structural details.

​Translate conceptual hand sketches and architectural briefs into complete CAD/3D presentation sets.

​Statutory Compliance & Approvals:

​Assist in preparing submission sets according to Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) and CIDCO norms.

​Coordinate with liaison team members and consultants regarding municipal approvals.





​Site Supervision & Coordination:

​Conduct site visits across Navi Mumbai for ongoing projects to inspect quality, check progress, and ensure alignment with working drawings.

​Coordinate with external consultants (Structural, MEP, Interior) and contractors to resolve technical queries on-site.

​Client & Presentation Work:

​Create high-quality 3D visual models and presentation decks for client meetings.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent diploma.

​Experience: 2 to 5 years in an architectural design firm.

​Software Skills: AutoCAD (Advanced), SketchUp, Revit (preferred), V-Ray / Photoshop, MS Office.

​Skills & Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes, local sanctioning processes, construction techniques, and material selection.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
