About the Role

Sweans Technologies is looking for an HR Generalist with strong recruitment experience to join our HR team in Calicut.

The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, technical hiring, and international recruitment, along with supporting key HR operations and employee-related activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews.
- Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, salary discussions, documentation, and offer processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within timelines.

Technical Recruitment

- Handle recruitment for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Shopify Developers, WordPress Developers, Full Stack Developers, and other IT/technical positions.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and candidate expectations.

International Recruitment

- Support recruitment for UK and other international roles.
- Source and coordinate with candidates from international markets.
- Handle professional communication and coordination across different time zones.

HR Operations

- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR administration.

Performance Management

- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
- Track timelines and follow up with managers and employees.

Payroll & Compliance





- Support monthly payroll activities and salary-related processes.
- Coordinate statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and other applicable compliances.
- Maintain relevant HR and statutory records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Handle employee concerns and workplace matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR Generalist, HR Executive, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in technical recruitment / IT hiring is required.
- Exposure to international recruitment, especially UK hiring, is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate screening, interviewing, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills and professional fluency in Malayalam.
- Good interpersonal skills, organisation, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
- MBA in HR / MSW is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
