Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is hiring Kitchen Helpers to assist chefs and masters with daily kitchen preparation and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and masters with daily food preparation.
- Handle cutting, washing, peeling, cleaning, and basic kitchen preparation.
- Assist with arranging and storing ingredients properly.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
- Follow proper food storage and handling procedures.
- Follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with other routine kitchen activities as required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or catering setting.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.




- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Physically fit and willing to perform kitchen-related duties.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

General Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and a professional attitude.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Candidates from Odisha, Bihar, and other states are welcome.
- Food/accommodation can be discussed with the employer.
