Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift | Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, no bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client communication, relationship management, and follow-ups
2. Preparing quotations and analysing freight pricing
3. Coordinating with clients, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams
4. Supporting air freight sales, marketing, and shipment coordination
5. Handling customer queries and maintaining client records
6. Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
8. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
9. Knowledge of air freight, import-export, and freight forwarding is an added advantage
