Job Summary

We are looking for a PEB Design & Site Engineer who can combine technical design understanding with field responsibilities.

The role will involve project-site visits, accurate site measurements, understanding existing conditions, collecting customer requirements, coordinating with the design team and supporting fabrication and erection activities.

Key Responsibilities – Site Survey & Measurement

- Visit customer/project sites and understand actual site conditions.
- Take accurate measurements of building length and width, existing structures, column positions, clear height, roof levels, site levels and openings.
- Record door/window locations, equipment locations, crane requirements and other project-specific information.
- Prepare site measurement reports with photographs and supporting sketches.
- Identify site constraints that may affect PEB design, fabrication or erection.

Design Inputs & Coordination

- Convert site measurements into accurate engineering inputs.
- Prepare preliminary layouts and sketches where required.
- Coordinate with the PEB Design Engineer for final structural design.
- Verify design drawings against actual site conditions.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate corrective action.
- Provide practical site inputs for design modifications.

Client & Project Coordination

- Visit customers with the sales/project team when required.
- Understand technical requirements including dimensions, building usage, height, loading, crane requirements and other specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Explain technical drawings and requirements to clients and site personnel.

Site Execution Support

- Visit project sites during fabrication/erection as required.
- Coordinate with erection teams and monitor execution against approved drawings.
- Identify and report site deviations and technical issues.




- Coordinate with the design team when site-driven design changes are required.
- Support timely resolution of site-level engineering problems.

Documentation

- Prepare site measurement and inspection reports.
- Maintain project photographs, sketches and site records.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project technical documentation.
- Provide accurate material/design requirement inputs to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant PEB / structural steel / industrial building experience.
- Strong ability to read structural and fabrication drawings.
- AutoCAD – Working knowledge required.
- STAAD.Pro or other structural design software – Working knowledge preferred.
- Strong site measurement, fabrication and erection understanding.
- Good client-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Dindigul and surrounding project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- PEB experience + AutoCAD + site measurement + client coordination + practical execution knowledge.
- Candidates from Dindigul and nearby areas preferred.
- Candidates comfortable with regular local travel and field work.

Salary: As per company standards / based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
