JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERIOR SITE ENGINEER

Position: Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Interior Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and design requirements.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other site teams.
- Check site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and other interior works.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure project work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Ensure proper material availability and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
- Check contractor manpower and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with contractors for daily work planning and execution.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper finishing and quality.
- Review drawings and communicate any discrepancies or changes to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper documentation of site measurements, work progress, material requirements, and site instructions.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for project updates and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
- Handle client/site team coordination professionally and resolve execution-related concerns.
- Ensure proper handover of completed works and rectify snag/punch-list items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / site execution.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction methods.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior construction.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
