Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to manage credit assessment, risk analysis, credit approvals, and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of credit evaluation, financial analysis, and credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess credit applications and evaluate borrowers’ creditworthiness.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Establish and monitor credit policies and procedures.
- Review financial statements, repayment capacity, and credit history.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, and collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable credit and lending guidelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit management.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, lending, or financial services preferred.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
