Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Type: Full-time

Role:
Handle customers, sales and day-to-day shop-floor activities.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and recommend products.
- Handle billing/POS and customer queries.
- Maintain product displays and replenish shelves.
- Assist with packing customer orders.
- Support gifting and bulk orders.
- Upsell/cross-sell products wherever appropriate.
- Coordinate with backend for stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the sales floor.

Requirements:

- 12th pass / Graduate.
- Retail/FMCG sales experience preferred.
- Positive communication and basic English.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Customer-friendly, punctual and responsible.

Timing: Approx. 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM with breaks.
Salary: 12,000 - 25,000, based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

- Gujarati (Preferred)
