College Permission Executive – Campus Campaigns

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken College Permission Executive who can visit colleges/universities in person and coordinate with the concerned authorities for brand campaign and campus activation permissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and universities and approach the concerned authority for campaign permissions.
- Explain the campaign and submit the required proposal/deck.
- Coordinate with college administration, student affairs, event committees and other relevant departments.
- Follow up with colleges regarding permission, dates, venue and requirements.
- Maintain a record of colleges contacted and permission status.




- Share regular updates with the Cygnus Marketing team.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting college authorities.
- Presentable, professional and confident.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, college outreach, event management or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp, email and Google Maps.
