Key Responsibilities

- Sample Testing: Collect, label, prepare, and analyze raw materials, water, chemicals, or finished goods following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Perform physical, chemical, or mechanical tests (such as hardness, tensile, or purity checks) to verify compliance with industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot analytical instruments and lab machinery.
- Data & Documentation: Record test results accurately in lab reports, spreadsheets, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and flag out-of-specification results.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety protocols, handle hazardous materials properly, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain 5S/6S workplace cleanliness.
- Audit Support: Assist quality assurance teams during internal audits, customer inspections, or third-party evaluations

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, or a related industrial/engineering field. [1, 2]
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing, quality control, or industrial laboratory environment is strongly preferred. [1, 2]
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with lab testing apparatus, data entry software (MS Office, Excel, ERP), and quality management frameworks like ISO standards. [1, 2, 3]
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
