About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the company in hiring quality talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and databases.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
